Because sometimes things just aren’t quite right—and that’s okay.

At Just Because Co., I want you to be happy with what you get. I do my best to create high-quality, handmade gifts that spark joy, but if something arrives damaged or just doesn’t feel like the right fit, here’s how we handle it:


📦 Can I Return or Exchange an Item?

Yes! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, just email me within 14 days of delivery at hello@justbcz.store and I’ll make it right. That might mean a replacement, store credit, or a full refund—whatever works best for you.

I also accept change-of-heart returns on most non-custom unused items, but return shipping in that case is your responsibility.


💌 How Do I Start a Return?

Send an email to hello@justbcz.store with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo if the item was damaged

I’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.


📬 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If it’s our mistake (damaged, wrong item, etc.): I cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • If you changed your mind: You can still return it, but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Need a label? I can provide one at a discounted rate.


💳 When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your item is received in unused, original condition, your refund or store credit will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a mistake or issue on our part.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a return.

  • Refunds are not issued for items returned used, damaged, or after the 14-day window.
