Because sometimes things just aren’t quite right—and that’s okay.
At Just Because Co., I want you to be happy with what you get. I do my best to create high-quality, handmade gifts that spark joy, but if something arrives damaged or just doesn’t feel like the right fit, here’s how we handle it:
📦 Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
Yes! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, just email me within 14 days of delivery at hello@justbcz.store and I’ll make it right. That might mean a replacement, store credit, or a full refund—whatever works best for you.
I also accept change-of-heart returns on most non-custom unused items, but return shipping in that case is your responsibility.

A brief description of the issue

A photo if the item was damaged
I’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
📬 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If it’s our mistake (damaged, wrong item, etc.): I cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.

If you changed your mind: You can still return it, but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Need a label? I can provide one at a discounted rate.
💳 When Will I Get My Refund?
Once your item is received in unused, original condition, your refund or store credit will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a mistake or issue on our part.

Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a return.

Refunds are not issued for items returned used, damaged, or after the 14-day window.
