Q: How long does it take to get my order?
We process handmade items within 1–3 business days, and U.S. shipping usually takes another 3–7 days, depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, we don’t ship internationally—but feel free to contact me if you have a specific request, and I’ll do my best to make it work!

šŸ” Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange something?
Totally! If an item arrives damaged or doesn’t feel right, just email us within 14 days. We'll work it out—even if it means a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping if the item is faulty or doesn’t match your order. Change-of-heart returns are welcome, but shipping is on you (and we’ll hook you up with discounted return labels).

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay on our site—so checkout is quick and easy.

Q: Can I cancel or update my order once it’s placed?
Orders typically ship fast, but if you catch us within a few hours, we’ll do our best to adjust it. After that, we’re crafting and can’t guarantee changes.


🌱 Sustainability & Packaging

Q: Do you really care about sustainability?
Yes! We use recyclable packaging, source American-made materials, and create in small batches to reduce waste. We still use small amounts of plastic (to protect fragile items), but we’re actively looking for better alternatives.

Q: I want to support local—where do you source from?
We prioritize American-made goods for ethically produced, quality supplies while keeping our carbon footprint smaller.
