🌱 Sustainability at Just Because Co.

At Just Because Co., we believe in creating fun, quirky, wildly unique gifts without trashing the planet in the process. We’re not perfect (we’re a small biz, not a magical forest elf—though we definitely relate), but we’re doing our absolute best to be as kind to the Earth as we are to our customers.

♻️ What We're Doing Right

  • Recycled & Recyclable Packaging: From shipping boxes to filler to reused bubble wrap from our own deliveries—we keep it circular and reuse every bit we can.

  • USA-Made Materials: We do our best to source local and American-made products to support small suppliers and cut down on unnecessary emissions.

  • Small Batches, Less Waste: We make everything in small batches, with intention and love—not mass-produced, not landfill-bound.

  • Handmade with Heart: Most of our goodies are made by hand (mine, specifically). No giant factory nonsense here—just creativity, coffee, and the occasional glue gun burn.

💔 Where We’re Still Growing

Okay, real talk time:
Some of our items still require plastic—especially for protecting beauty products or certain packaging elements that need to arrive in one piece. We’re always on the hunt for better solutions, and as new materials become available, we’re jumping on them like a raccoon on a shiny snack.

🌍 Why It All Matters

We believe that gifts should make people and the planet feel good. When you buy something thoughtful, handmade, and just a little weird—in the best way—you’re supporting a business that actually gives a damn.

TL;DR:
We care. We try. We reuse. We’re always improving. And we really love making things that spark joy without leaving a trail of trash behind.
